Young Adult Coaching:

Coaching is a partnership. You will only get out of it what you put into it. Coaching is generally once a week for 45-60, but there can be some flexibility. Most coaching sessions we meet via Zoom; however, if you prefer phone or in-person, that is an option. We start by building a good foundation. We spend the first few sessions talking about self-care, strengths, values and needs, processing modalities, co-creating our relationship, and your goals for coaching. When it is called for, we talk about negative perspectives, negative self-talk, and how to reframe them, or sometimes we do boundary work. After the first few sessions, topics are generated by the client. Anything can be a topic; there is no need to limit it to just school work. College students who need the support of organizational systems being set up can opt to have some session be Coach Integrated Organization sessions if they live nearby BBCO’s location.
