Individual Coaching: 

Coaching is a partnership. You will only get out of it what you put into it. Individual Coaching

Our coaching sessions are either twice a month or four times a month. Most coaching sessions we meet via Zoom, however, if you prefer phone that is an option, or in-person that may be an option. We start by building a good foundation. We spend the first few sessions discussing self-care,  strengths, values, and needs, processing modalities, co-creating our relationship and your goals for coaching. After the first few sessions topics are generated by the client. We do whole person coaching so any topic is on the table to be coached on. When it is called for, your coach may do some education. There is always accountability with coaching.
