Whether working or in college, learning to be an independent adult can be hard when you have a uniquely wired brain.
Star Shine is part of the life cycle of a star – if it becomes a Supernova, it will explode and die. But if there are good “growing” conditions inside and outside of balance, support, and strength from a star shine becomes a red giant and eventually a star like our sun.
Come learn about your brain in this coaching group designed for young adults with ADHD so that you can shine for a long time to become the person you want to be.
This group has three main focuses:
- Strength (Understanding How My Unique Brain Works)
- Support (Creating Who I am in Relationships of All Types)
- Balance (Developing How I Work or Learn)
We will use ADHD education (why do I do what I do and how can I support myself) and Coaching to develop a Personalized Operator’s Manual. This manual will become a valuable resource.
